So I haven’t expressed my love for Lightspeed Champion, ne Devonte Hynes, on this blog yet. Here it is: I LOVE HIM! His lyrics are so beautiful and his blog is basically my thoughts seen through the eyes of a black Texan-raised in England-with a British accent. How amazing can this guy get? Dev I love you and we basically share the same problems relationship wise. Your album is like the soundtrack to my life. It’s not even funny… it’s pretty fucking sad if anything. Ohh and your blog is so interesting to read but I haven’t read it lately for lack of time. I need to make time for it … I really do. Wow so that was a personal blog to Lightspeed Champion… I doubt that he’ll ever read it but WHATEVZ … DEV, you and I are kindred spirits and I’m sad I missed your show at the Troubadour over the summer. In today’s music news: Oasis are playing the Staples Center in Los Angeles on December 4th, while Arctic Monkeys are playing the Big Day Out early next year in Australia. I wish it were the other way around. All the Oasis gig means for me is traffic if I’m home that day. Arctic Monkeys seriously need to play in LA again.

This morning I tried making pancakes. A couple of years ago I attempted making crepes, which ended up looking like pancakes. Ironically this morning’s pancakes looked like crepes. To my children (if I ever have any): I’m sorry but you’re not getting pancakes from mommy or you have to wait until grandma makes them for you. Love, me.

I might study abroad next year … hopefully in England but I don’t know with the whole money thing and then I’ll probably get homesick but oh god I think I might just be the happiest person ever if I live there! GIGS EVERY DAY probably. Then again that might make me even more poor than I already am.
I might actually be able to see THEM and save the tears I had when Milburn broke up.

So today I’ve been catching up with my tv shows because I don’t even have time to watch TV or even know what day it is at school during the week. So I watched Glam God but I’m not sure if it was the most recent episode. So I’ve decided Joachim, who I’m pretty sure is actually Joaquin, because like my mother likes to say he has a cactus stuck infront of his head (meaning that he’s clearly Mexican), is a dickhead. Talk about run on sentence. But anyways I don’t care if you need to release your alter ego, Jackie, sometimes but don’t do it when your partner is Handry who’s children I’m willing to have. JOAQUIN YOU ARE A TWAT. I’m happy you’re gone.

There comes a time every school year when I feel like to put it simply, a dumb ass. Like I’m dumb and not smart enough for school. I’m too harsh on myself but that’s just the way I feel. Anyways working off this feeling I drop a class (or, in this case, two) and get a new one. Hopefully this’ll just make me feel smart again like it has before. So my life has been really hectic and I don’t even have time to sleep or relax even though somehow I manage to not get my work done. My goal to stop procrastinating has gone through the drain once again. What a surprise. And one week from today I’m going to be in LA watching Foals so this is probably the only thing that’s going to get me through this week. Oh and did I mention I’m broke because I managed to spend most of my money on clothes last weekend and am not getting paid for a whole week. I need to go on the dole as the British would say.
